Understanding her needs, the stylists recommended their highly-requested, all-natural head spa package to relieve any stress Kristine might have and to revive her long, brown locks. This package features a holistic head spa using essential oils made up of 100 percent pure and natural plant essence followed by a haircut to revive your look. The essential oils absorb into the skin, improving blood flow and relaxing the body with their aromatic benefits that you can be enjoyed long after the appointment. Aromatic and All-Natural Haircare by Shigeta Head therapist Sasaki whisked the client to the back and invited her to take a seat at one of the washing stations. NORA Ginza is equipped with plush, fully-reclining shampoo chairs to pamper clients and give them the utmost sense of relaxation. As Kristine got comfortable, Sasaki turned towards her arsenal of organic goodies by Shigeta. Made by a Japanese woman in France, the Shigeta haircare line features all-natural ingredients with aromatherapeutic benefits that are perfect for repairing damaged hair and bringing out its original beauty. The brand also produces complementary skincare and detox water. First up was shampoo. Using Shigeta’s Wild Grace Repair Shampoo, the head therapist worked the product into Kristine’s wet hair. Immediately, the salon was filled with the scent of geranium and other botanical extracts. Deep-Treating With Pure Essential Oils With the hair cleansed and rinsed, she moved onto the treatment. The model Hana arrived early that morning. The stylists welcomed her in and quickly brought her to a chair and made her comfortable. Then, they began the consultation. She needed a new look—something stylish—and she wanted to neutralize the reds in her hair. She had not been to a salon in several months, and her hair needed a bit of a TLC. Stylists Yukari Katayama and Takahiro Araki suggested a color close to her natural hair color and a cut with feminine bangs that framed her face. This style would look great and be easy for her to maintain in between salon visits. Over 400 Hair Colors to Choose From After Hana agreed, stylist Yukari went to a wall of dyes in the middle of the salon. Trust in an Old Friend Before: Our model, Laura, wants a shorter haircut that can be styled to get different looks The model arrived and was warmly greeted by stylist Kaori Yamamichi. We soon found out they had been friends for years. Kaori met the model, an artist from Finland when they bonded over art and the creative process. They even collaborated on projects in the past.
