Shipping & Returns

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your parcel online.  
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

 

Shipping Locations
We deliver to Japan, Southeast Asia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, United States, Europe, and Oceania.

 

Shipping in Japan
The item will be shipped within 2 business days so you will receive it within 3-4 days. Trial samples are delivered via Letter Pack by Japan Post. Letter Pack cannot be specified by date or time. All other products are delivered via Yu-Pack (domestic parcel delivery service) by Japan Post. It will be delivered by the delivery staff of your local post office. You can request a specific date and delivery time slot for your delivery, if you know when is convenient for you. For this please enter your preferred date and AM/PM in the remark field on the checkout page of our website when you shop with us. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, you will receive a delivery notice in your mailbox with clear instructions on how to get your delivery. Please contact them by internet or phone.

 

International shipping
The item will be shipped within 2 business days. All products are delivered via international registered mail by Japan Post. The time frame for deliveries differs according to the region. Please allow between 7-12 days.

Delivery estimated by international registered mail :

– Singapore 5 days
– Hong Kong 7 days
– Australia 8 days
– United States 10 days
– France 9 days

International deliveries cannot be specified by date or time. It will be delivered by the delivery staff of your local post office or partner company. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, you will receive a delivery notice in your mailbox with clear instructions on how to get your delivery. Please contact them by internet or phone. Usually, in these cases, you can request specific dates and times for a re-delivery.

 

Track Your Parcel   
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with 
a tracking number for your parcel.
Please note that it can take a day or two after receiving this email from us before the tracking information is available.

 

Duties and Taxes
When you import something from other countries to your country, you might be asked to pay additional duties and taxes before the parcel is delivered.
Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes due on arrival in your country.

 

Returns and Exchanges      
As soon as your parcel arrives please check the item. We are trying our best to ensure problems with deliveries are minimized, but in the event that the product was damaged/broken in transit, or if it differs from your order, we will accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. When you contact us, we will inform you about the details of the procedure of return/exchange. In the case of damaged products, we will require a photograph to show the state you received the broken item in.

 

Refunds
Your refund will be issued by our payment processor PayPal to the same credit card or bank account you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
