The Tokio Inkarami Salon System, in an industry first, was created with patent technology to strengthen the hair by 140%, as well as to solidify the keratin inside the hair – essential for hair repair, growth, and volume. Hei has gained experience at NORA hair salon in Omotesndo, where the trends are made, and now manages the Ginza branch.
